Flexible, Self-Adhesive LED Strip Light (I used RGB 5050 SMD 300 Leds LED Strip Light. Staple Gun and Staples-1/4" Long OR 1/4" Wire Brads White Non-Opaque Fabric to Diffuse LED Light-I used some sort of drapery-lining fabric. Sheet of Corrugated Plastic that is Larger than Your Desired Window OR Foam Board OR Poster Board Screws or Bright Finish Nails-2" or Longer 1" x 1" Wood Trim Pieces at Least as Long as the Perimeter of Your Desired Window (Note: 1"x1"s are actually. Window Blind in Desired Size (I used 31" wide and cut it down to 48" long.) SOOO-please do not fold your lighting this way-instead, use a more curving solution OR use inexpensive Christmas string lights!! I'm sure I'll eventually go back and change mine out! As my lighting has been erratic since shortly after this project was photographed, I think that is what I may have done wrong. IMPORTANT NOTE: You can see in the following photos that I folded my LED tape lights into pretty sharp 90 degree angles. I had a great time building it and I'm hoping that, by hanging 2 or 3 of these in our "below-garden-level" finished basement, we can give the feeling of an above ground space. The faux wood blinds I purchased were 31' wide and could extend up to 72' long. My finished faux window was to be 31' wide by 48' tall. With a dimmable LED light panel you can adapt your lighting to different activities, like a warmer light for dinner and a brighter, colder. The same show also used a movie-lighting LED panel called VersaTile, which is basically the same thing, just driven with better LEDs, and which reads correctly. My gateway is running 1.13.19 and both panels are on 2.0.029. When turning Panel 1 off, it dims, then flashes white before it goes dark. They were used quite heavily in a drama I wrote about called Critical (click for article based on interview with DP Tim Palmer, BSC, click here for trailer look at the top of the walls behind people for a cyanish light panel.) Here they used the "cool white" option which tends to read cyan. I installed two of the 2 x 2 Floalt LED panels over the weekend and am encountering three issues. They're generally a lot cheaper than the Ikea price they're just LED ceiling panels for offices and shops. I think the Ikea one has remote control if you value it. Dim up or down and set the scene for cooking, reading, watching TV or working. The light panel brings light to your darkest spaces connect one or more and steer the light via your remote or smartphone. 600圆00 is common, 300x300 is common, I've also seen 300x1200 which approximates the size and shape of a four-foot fluorescent tube.
